'
to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ’ - Ephesians 4:12

Be Equipped is an educational ministry within Chenies Baptist Church.

The aim is to equip Christians in order to be built up and stand firm in the faith we profess.

These will take the form of bi-monthly talks aiming to go on for around 40 minutes with the opportunity for Q+A afterwards. The talks will vary between three themes:

1. Ethical Theme, for example ‘a Christian perspective on divorce’ or ‘a Christian perspective on homosexuality etc’.

2. Doctrinal Theme, for example ‘what is the Gospel?’ or ‘what is Baptism?’

3. Biographical Theme, for example ‘a reflection on the life of Billy Graham’.
